Before you send anything
What happens to your questionnaire.
We’re asking you to email a confidential document to a company you’ve never heard of. That’s a reasonable thing to hesitate over, so here is exactly what happens — before you have to ask.
One person reads it. That's it.
Your file goes to a single inbox monitored by the founder. It is not shared with anyone else, not uploaded to a third-party tool, and not used in a demo, a deck or a screenshot without your written permission. There is no team to circulate it to yet.
We'll sign your NDA first if you want.
Send yours and we’ll sign it before you send the questionnaire — no negotiation, no redlines from our side. If you’d rather use ours, ask and we’ll send a mutual NDA.
The first draft is done by hand, not by the product.
We’re deliberately answering the first questionnaires manually so we can see what real files look like before automating the wrong thing. Practically, that means your document is read by a person and does not pass through any AI model unless you explicitly ask us to run it through the product.
Deleted on request, and by default after 30 days.
Say the word at any point and we delete the file, the draft and the email thread, and confirm in writing. If you say nothing, we delete it 30 days after we send your draft back. We don’t retain a copy “for training” — there is nothing being trained.
Redact whatever you like.
The questions are what we need. Customer names, deal values and internal notes can all be stripped before you send it, and the exercise works just as well. If it’s easier, send a questionnaire from a deal that has already closed.
What you get back
- A drafted response in your original file, with a citation on each answer pointing to a page in the policy documents you sent.
- An honest list of the questions your evidence cannot answer, and which document would close each gap.
- A note on anything that contradicts itself across your own documents.
Within 24 hours of receiving the file. Free, with no obligation to continue, and we’re not going to put you on a mailing list.
Who you’re dealing with
Zerqis is pre-launch and currently one person. That’s a fair thing to weigh: we have no SOC 2 of our own yet, no customer references, and no support rota. What we do have is a written architecture — threat model, data model and AI design — that you can read before committing anything.
If that rules us out for now, that’s a completely reasonable call and we’d rather you make it early than after a procurement cycle.
